How HelpIndiaBreathe works
Here's the citizen-facing overview. Volunteers, coordinators, and authorities see their own workflow chapters here once signed in.
HelpIndiaBreathe is a fee-free platform: 100% of every donation reaches the intended recipient, no platform cut is ever taken. You can report a civic or health-related issue without creating an account, track it with the reference code you're given, and see it resolved by a volunteer or local authority in your area. Every report you file is routed to the smallest administrative unit that can act on it (your block or ward first, escalating upward only if it sits unclaimed too long), never lost in a generic inbox.
Go to Report an Issue, describe what's wrong, and pin the location, photos help but aren't always required (an admin can require them, check the form for what's currently asked). You'll get a reference code back immediately, save it. Use Track a Report with that code any time to see its current status without needing an account.
Register your interest with your city and area of focus. A State Coordinator or District Leader in your region reviews applications and approves them, once approved you're given the 'issues.resolve' permission for reports in your assigned location, and can optionally be featured publicly if you opt in.
